THE ROLE
Our HR Managers are highly autonomous and responsible for delivering the people plan and providing guidance and expertise to Executive, Group and Senior Managers within our business.As part of an HR team of 40 staff, you will be instrumental in delivering significant projects and commercial HR solutions within a complex business.
ABOUT YOU
You will be comfortable working at pace in a change-oriented and sometimes ambiguous environment, curious by nature and known for partnering with the business to achieve great outcomes.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years HR experience working in a large, complex organisation;
- Experience working at a strategic level, with strong business acumen;
- Expertise in relationship management and influencing/coaching senior stakeholders;
- Project management and change capability.
