Due to the continued success and reputation of our New Plymouth based NZ HQ, we are experiencing a high volume of in-bound business and as such, we are seeking someone to perform a duel role with the main responsibility being key account management and delivery for a large international client as well some new business development to identify new opportunities in addition to the account management responsibilities.

This role requires traditional 360 degree recruitment skills, you will source opportunities to provide solutions to a specific industry sector.  This will be technical in nature and will depend on your current experience and interests. Tap into the established database (dependent on your chosen sector) to re-activate accounts, develop new business and network with colleagues. You will utilise your industry knowledge to grow your client base and candidate pool while focusing on successful recruitment partnerships and delivering a service that exceeds expectations. 

 

We are seeking someone who is in their element in a client and candidate facing role. You will  have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be confident in negotiations, process driven and keen to exceed expectations and be seen as one of the top professions in your space nationwide.
