We are looking for some exceptional people to join Xero's Customer Experience team as a Customer Experience Specialist - Security on a fixed term basis.

What you’ll do:

As a Customer Experience Specialist - Security you’ll be responsible resolving any security issues in the software application, liaising with the Product and Operations Team to provide appropriate information, and analysing the resolution to be implemented. Where necessary, you will talk to a TL for their input in diagnosing and providing the customer with a resolution to the issue and provide feedback on process or product improvements to the CX Management Team.

  • Initiative and ability to self manage, along with flexibility
  • Ability to work efficiently within agreed timeframes
  • Ability to build effective relationships
  • A proven team player who pro-actively helps other team members
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in a time-critical environment requiring high attention to detail
  • Experience in a security environment is beneficial

What you need to know:

This is a fixed term contract for 4-5 months. Working hours are Monday - Friday 11am-8pm.
