We have developed an enviable market position amongst our competitors and as a result we are now in the position to take on an experienced Consultant.
 
This position will focus on building a successful technical desk delivering solutions to the Auckland Region. 
 

• Our consultants operate a full 360° recruitment methodology
• Strong focus on business development.
• Candidate attraction is a key component to a successful temporary business and you will need to build up a solid candidate base as well as relationships within this area. 
• Building strong business relationships with both clients and candidates
• Extensive liaison with clients and temporary candidates
• Manage daily procedures and ensure effective service delivery
• Day to day management of H&S including on site assessments

 
The ideal candidate will possess:-

- At least 3 years’ experience in account management with strong commercial acumen
- Background in the recruitment industry preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Proven administration skills in a fast paced environment

Do you have a proven track record in sales and relationship building?
 
You will be required to go the extra mile for both clients and candidates and you will be given the right tools in order to achieve success.
