Our large retail client is recruiting their new Snr HR Advisor, and they are looking for a short term contract resource to bridge the gap.
You will pick up ongoing disciplinary and performance discussions with managers around the country, and work closely with them to achieve a successful outcome for all. This is a fairly autonomous role, and we will need a candidate that has the confidence and experience to tackle a range of issues.
