If you have excellent interpersonal skills, thrive under pressure and enjoy working in a fast paced team, this is the role for you! We are looking for temporary and permanent HR Administrators who can hit the ground running!
If you have previously held or currently hold a HR Administration position or have recently finished studying your degree in HR we would love to have a conversation with you today.
You will deal with a diverse range of people so a passion for building rapport is a must! These roles usually involve all aspects of HR, including health and safety, staff inductions, learning and development and recruitment. This is a perfect role for those who enjoy keeping busy with a variety of day-to-day tasks.
To hit the ground running as an HR Administrator you will have:
- Experience in an HR environment
- Exceptional administrative and organisational skills
- Well-developed and mature relationship-building skills
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people
- Can-do, positive attitude, with excellent problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
