Education Perfect is an online platform designed to make learning fun, engaging and effective. Our platform is used by over 1,200 schools for students' daily learning, revision and assessment.
We're looking for someone to join our growing Inbound Team to assist and support our wonderful customers!
In the role, you'll be
-
Responding to emails (mostly teacher and student queries) in a professional and timely manner

Troubleshooting problems

Answering reception calls and assisting teachers/students over the phone

Creating/updating help documents (used by the Education Perfect team and teachers)
To be successful in the role, you'll need to have
- A typing speed of 60+ words per minute
- Experience in customer support
- A high level of computer literacy
- Great written communication skills - you'll be communicating with teachers via email and with Education Perfect team members via Slack
- Empathy for the needs of our teachers and students
You need to be able to work productively and efficiently and have a high level of attention to detail.
Candidates need to be located in Dunedin.
