It's a period of change and development and a really exciting time to join this large organization and yet be part of a great small team environment. We are looking for someone with exceptional Senior HR Coordination or previous Junior HR Advisory experience who can come on board and hit the ground running. The purpose of the role is to provide an effective, efficient and professional HR service to clients and to provide administrative support to the wider HR team, as well as utilising your existing skills and experience in employment relations in order to support the Management team.

This is a temporary role with the very real prospect of a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.

The duties will include but will not be limited to:

• Preparing entry and exit documentation
• Processing contract variations
• Managing the HRIS database
• Assisting with the recruitment process
• Managing new starter process and inductions
• Generating reports and streamlining HR process
• Advice and support to the business on best practice HR
• Supporting with performance discussions and ER meetings

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a large/complex working environment
• Previous experience in a HR Advisory role is essential or International experience with NZ Qualifications.
• Ability to start work immediately in NZ
• Must be eligible to work in New Zealand full time
