What you’d be doing
As the Recruitment & Marketing Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:


Recruitment Administration:

  • Providing crucial administrative support to our Recruitment Consultants
  • Meeting and greeting our customers at reception
  • Managing interview and company car bookings
  • Formatting candidate CVs to Parker Bridge standard
  • Performing visa and criminal record checks as requested
  • General business administration support


Marketing Administration:

  • Monitoring marketing inbox
  • Managing company social media accounts
  • Proofreading and editing marketing materials
  • General marketing administration support

Are you the perfect fit?
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Sound understanding of the English language including great grammar and spelling
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Competent with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook etc
  • Able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
  • Able to juggle multiple stakeholders and work under pressure
  • Able to work in a high-pressure sales environment
  • Highly organised
  • Has a positive attitude and is approachable
  • Eager to learn and improve

Desirable:

  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Experience in a marketing role
  • Experience in a business administrative role
