The main responsibilities include:
- Receiving incoming calls about their products and spare parts
- Processing of orders
- Providing some technical advice about the products and replacements
- Liaising with Commercial customers and problem solving any queries
- Support the sales team and deliver quality solutions to customers
This is a great role for someone that has a bit of a technical slant and great attention to detail.
You will be a key member of this close CSR team and enjoy a varied and interesting role dealing with a highly respected and valued product range.
We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative who has worked in an order processing role with a range of products. This is not a call centre role so Customer Service Representative experience taking inbound calls and dealing with commercial customers and providing product support is ideal. You will need to have a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
