We're looking for one of two options. The first background option would be a talented advertising or design agency account manager with 2+ years experience who has all aspects of project management sussed and is keen to move to a smaller agency of intelligent, professional folk who like to make a difference. 

Or the other background we’d be interested in is a healthcare or pharma sales rep or junior marketer who is keen to move to an agency environment while still being able to use the skills and experience you’ve learnt so far. That includes your excellent attention to detail and the ability to keep a project moving while keeping stakeholders informed.
  
Whichever your background, it’s important you’re personable, able to communicate well and build strong relationships with people even at the top level. You’re self motivated and self managing. That’s not to say you won’t be taught what’s needed along the way. In fact you’ll be under the wings of NZ’s most experienced Healthcare suits and strategists. But it’s important you have the attitude and motivation to embrace this opportunity and show you’re worth committing significant resources to.
