Video Producer

• Creates films, television programs, video productions or commercials by filming, adding sound and editing in digital or analogue format.

•Collaborate with the production team to develop creative and physical production on projects

•Pre-produce programs and individual shoots, including staffing crew and logistics

•Serve as writer, shooter, director or editor (according to abilities) as needed

•Shepherd projects through production and post-production

•Communicate clearly and diplomatically with agency clients

•Carry out other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

At least 5 years of video/film production experience, preferably for the Internet

Bachelor degree or equivalent in relevant major

Can adapt to travelling frequently to China

Demonstrated professional expertise with a deep commitment to quality

Ability to write, shoot, direct or edit (or any combination) as well as produce

Creative, problem-solving mindset

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task with grace in a team environment

Exceptional attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent time-management skills
