The Pitch.
We’re on the search for our next Customer Service Representatives to join our Auckland-based National Contact Centre. We're looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, committed to adding value to their team and driven to achieve results. The Role
Our Inbound team receive a diverse range of calls in a day - from customers, consumers, employees and members of the public - and need to be on top of their game to provide high levels of service to each and every query. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first response for our inbound calls, utilising your knowledge and networks to respond to their queries in a timely manner. Essentially, you'll be the voice of our company - ensuring our customers and stakeholders have a positive experience, and have any queries or issues resolved in a timely manner.  


What you’ll need.
You'll have a proven ability to adapt to the changing demands of a role, and an ability to work with a diverse range of customers and think on your feet. As this is a phone based role, you'll need to be comfortable being desk-bound, as well as building rapport with the callers in a short period of time.

There's no weekend work, no cold calling, and you'll have the opportunity to work with an award winning Contact Centre. Pretty amazing!
