Position Overviews:
  
The Paid Search Team are foreseeing a period of growth, and so are looking for an ambitious Search Account Executive to join their small team. You would be responsible for setting up AdWord campaigns and optimisation campaigns. This role will work closely with the rest of the Paid Search Team, and you will be able to learn quickly from the more senior team members. You should have 6+ months of experience with SEO and SEM.

Organisational Structure:

You will report to the Search Account Manager, and work closely with each member of the search team.
  
Major Goals of the Role:
  1. Independently set up AdWord campaigns and optimisation campaigns. Work under the direction of the Search Account Manager to help develop their biddable strategies, recommend new tactics, and obtain appropriate budgets.
  2. Assist the Search Campaign Manager in preparing presentations, analysing and reporting search campaigns. Work alongside other team members in keeping clients informed and achieve client objectives.
  3. Learn! This position requires someone with a passion for learning new skills, techniques, and methodologies. Continuously be updating yourself with market trends and the latest tools and developments.

Required Capabilities:
  
You will preferably have at least 6 months of experience within a digital agency, however this is flexible – grads with a great attitude towards SEO/SEM and learning can be considered. Preferably, both SEO and SEM knowledge, however the priority would be with people who can independently set up AdWord campaigns.
  
You should also have very strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills, as well as the ability to navigate market information and research.
