The South Island Field Manager is tasked to maintain the South Island distribution network by
successfully managing and leading the network through planning, delegation, coaching and performance
management to ensure consistent high level of service and performance that exceeds client
expectations.
You will be managing the South Island team of area supervisors; there will requirement of travel and
ability to work away from home.
Key Attributes Required:
• Excellent organizational Skills
• Proven and successful experience in managing a team
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally verbally and written
• Experience in Distribution / Supply Chain desired, but full training will be given
• Able to process, solve and deliver under pressure
• Understanding of Health and Safety / Compliance an advantage.
• Team Player
• Implement and execute strategies as required
• Must manage time effectively
• Computer skills and ability to learn and adapt to new software
