About the role
We are looking for an exceptional customer service representative to join our amazing Contact Centre. This is a full time position working Monday to Friday
- You will provide a high level of customer service at all times, answering incoming internal and external calls
- You will be processing customer orders throughout New Zealand
- Building strong customer relationships
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Tyres4U products and services
- Resolving customer queries within an acceptable time frame
You will have the support of a great experienced team. This role can be busy at times so it is important that you can handle the pressure with a positive and cheerful attitude.

Skills and experience
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Call Centre or Tyre Industry experience
- Have excellent communication and computer skills

- Be resourceful and adept at problem solving
