The Position
As a Technical Support Specialist you'll be successfully resolving support tickets by conducting support sessions via email, phone and web meetings. You'll help team members resolve support tickets and troubleshoot problems, identify and highlight best practices in support and help build up a knowledge base library, along with proactively assisting new customers and partners deploy and use the solution.
This platform runs in conjunction with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, so you must have prior experience working with this product.
Requirements
- Direct experience installing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Good technical background (SaaS applications, networking, AD, etc.)
- Excellent customer support, troubleshooting and resolution skills
- Be able to articulate technical information in a manner suited to customers and partners as appropriate
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Able to self manage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
