What will you do?

It is the responsibility of this role for deploying, implementing and supporting the various aspects of the organizations Standard Desktop Environment (which includes Telephony and Mobiles) and ensuring abidance to standards. The role must manage and ensure smooth operation of the underlying IT Desktop Environment for the Group in accordance with the service level agreed by the business.

 

A day in the life:

Internal Customer facing and relationship management
Team engagement and participation
Support of Desktop infrastructure
Support of Mobility infrastructure
Support of Telephony service
Management of Customer expectations and issue resolution relating to the Desktop environment
 

Your background:

Desirable degree in relevant IS discipline
Minimum 3 years` experience in infrastructure Site Support roles with solid working knowledge of Windows Active Directory and Standard Operating Environment design, build and deployment
Experienced in operating in Remote and Virtual team environments
Excellent interpersonal  and communication skills
Ability to plan and prioritise
Ability to assess or interpret information and act decisively or escalate appropriately
Excellent Problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Strong Customer Service focus

NZ Full Driver's License
