We're looking for a frontline Customer Service person to join our team at Auckland Airport. You will be the first point of contact for incoming callers with an emphasis on the international tourist market.
Based at Auckland International Airport, you will enjoy a mix of customer service, sales, administration and driving duties including:
- Taking bookings by phone and in person
- Paperwork and admin associated with rentals
- Collecting customers from airport in our courtesy shuttle
- Liaising with vehicle maintenance and grooming staff
- Checking vehicles
You need to have:
- Proven Customer Service and/or Sales experience
- Excellent written & verbal English communication
- Hospitality or tourism industry experience preferred
- A warm and professional telephone manner
- Good computer skills with Windows / MS Office
- A full clean driver's license
