Role:
As lead Software Developer of Web Services, you will be tasked with leading the technical and digital development work for the organisation.The role will also have you mentoring/leading more junior software developers.

Requirements:

Our client is looking for individuals with experience highlighted below, although they are not to hung up on the technology's as this can be picked up/learnt:

Experience in software development, scripting and project management
Proficiency at providing technical advice and assistance to business users
Hands on experience with the following: LAMP stack, REST, SilverStripe, JavaScript
Experience with the New Zealand Government web and accessibility standards
Familiarity with agile methodologies
Experience designing or the implementation of public facing REST APIs
Experience of cloud based services, in particular AWS
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, at both a technical level and a general business level
