Iconic Kiwi company seeks a Customer Service - Administrator.
The primary focus of the role will be taking calls from customers, data entry and general admin duties as required.
To be considered for this role you will meet the following criteria:
- Previous customer service experience
- High level of accuracy
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Pleasant phone manner and positive proactive attitude
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft packages
- Experience working within CRM systems an added advantage
