Fluid IT Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled Senior Network Engineer / Architect for a high-profile client in Dunedin.
You will need the ability to provide innovative ICT solutions designed to meet business needs.
The Role:
- Provide solutions for existing systems, network and communications
- Architect and design work
- Managing new infrastructure roll out
- Monitoring and maintaining systems and networks and troubleshooting faults as required
- Configuration and maintenance of the companies networking and communications infrastructure
- Providing technical input regarding the company network design, proposing ideas and solutions for network service improvement
- Network management and systems maintenance to ensure the integrity of the network
- Direct regular audits of network components to ensure that all network devices are being constantly managed and monitored
You will need to have commercial experience across the following functions:
- Enterprise - Systems and Network Engineering
- Strong hands on experience in Routing & Switching (Cisco)
- Excellent, true L3 network troubleshooting skills
- Windows server, switching principles
- OSI network layering
- Project work & Design
