About the opportunity

As a Team Leader in our Corporate Applications Team, you will be leading a high performing team and taking ownership of the direction of our EHS and HRIS including their features, functionality and capabilities, and integration.  Our team is composed of Functional Business Analysts who provide subject matter expertise for Workday (HRIS), Avature (ATS), Cornerstone OnDemand (LMS), and our Health & Safety System.  We are involved in both the implementation of new systems as well as managing escalations of complex technical issues.  It’s complex environment as we support over 30 business units with more than 20,000 employees globally.

  • Proven leadership skills and a strong commitment to the ongoing development of our high performing team
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills – builds and maintains good working relationships with people at all levels in a geographically distributed environment
  • Good understanding of SDLC and Project lifecycle - experience implementing, upgrading, and integrating HR Systems will be required.
  • Sound knowledge of project management processes and business process improvement experience
  • Experience working in HR and EHS systems are required
