Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for end users
  • Provide advice and assistance to end users on our accounting and payroll products.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues including Network and IT related issues. 
  •  Provide feedback to development regarding our products
  • Stay up-to-date with current and future technology. 


What you'll need to succeed:

  • Understanding of networks and IT infrastructure
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Desire to learn and develop your skill set
  • Knowledge or understanding of Accounting or Payroll would be and advantage.
