We are urgently seeking a solid and senior level, technically minded Business Intelligence Development Consultant to join our client and act as a major point of contact between the organisation and its multiple stakeholders within the Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence domain. The specialist area essentially being MS Power BI.
Within these roles, you will work very closely with an existing team of BI / DW specialists to deliver high level solutions and implementations across a number of Central Auckland client sites using your current expertise with ETL, Analysis and Reporting tools.
We are extremely keen to commence the interview process immediately and will happily bring the successful applicant aboard either immediately or within a week if required.
The essential skill base that we see includes:

Business Intelligence - 10yrs as a minimum commercially solution delivery and development of MS BI Stack. This must include senior level related consulting.

Functions - essentially, we are seeking solid development, end to end solution delivery, Design, ETL Architecture and Data Modelling. This should all be a part of your week to week work while working for a Solutions Specialist firm.

Power BI - a minimum of 2yrs recent experience This should be prominent within your CV.

Tools - Microsoft SSIS / SSRS / SSAS

Methodologies - exposure to Kimball is essential for high level Star Schema Designs and Dimensional Modelling.
