About the role
The Information Management Principal is responsible for supporting the process of governance, documentation, assurance and optimisation of the information lifecycle for governed data. Join Vector on its journey to treat data as an asset, ensuring processes are in place to maximise the value of our data integrity. Set and shape a programme of work to increase the maturity and value of our information. Ultimately, you’ll help transform Vector & it’s data culture into one that creates a new energy future for New Zealanders.
Who we are looking for?
You’ll bring with you a background in Information Management with at least 5 years’ experience within this domain. You will have a solid understanding of industry frameworks, along with a working knowledge of business analysis, process and data mapping. You’re able to run basic queries and are ‘database savvy’. You’re an adept facilitator, having driven projects cross functionally and influencing up, down and across all levels of stakeholders in business. You’re a thought leader with a history of delivering results, resilience and the ability to work at pace in complex and uncertain environment. You are attracted to change and can deal with ambiguity.
