MTF Finance is looking for a customer focused IT Support Analyst to join our busy team in the Dunedin based Support Office.
The IT Support Analyst role is a single point of contact for end users to receive support and perform maintenance within MTF Finance’s desktop computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware, software and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance and to improve the level of service for the end user.
The IT Support Analyst will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via remote access) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide assistance whenever required.
You may have worked in a support role before, or simply have a keen understanding of technology but be able to demonstrate that you enjoy helping people.
