We are looking for a talented senior UI Web Designer to create amazing user experiences.  The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

The experience we’re seeking:

• Experience in a senior UX / UI Web Design position

• Experience applying user-centered design (UCD) and interaction design methodologies

• Experience creating and validating interactive prototypes

• Experience interpreting data-driven insights

• Experience working with rapid / iterative ideation methodologies

You’ll also have:

• Exceptional interaction and digital design skills

• An understanding of emerging technologies, systems and platforms

• Ability to challenge yourself and your design peers to improve what we create.

• Confidence in interaction design; sketching, paper prototyping & high-fidelity interactive prototyping

• The ability to ideate and drive design practices in our agency forward

• A strong knowledge of interaction design, mobile-first and responsive design

• Bonus if you have front-end coding skills

What you will need:

• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio

• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows and site maps

• Proficiency with Design tools such as Sketch, Invision, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Experience Design) etc

• Excellent visual design skills with a considered approach to user-system interaction

• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

• Ability to present your work and sell your concepts and solutions to various stakeholders

• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
