We are currently seeking a Customer Insights Manager to deliver and communicate customer insights, analytics and associated strategies to support the delivery of Vocus' Consumer initatives.
This position is a hands on role, and we want somebody willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.
We are looking for someone with a career to date that demonstrates progressive increases in responsibility for customer analytic insights that go beyond standard report generation. The ability to communicate and lead commercial conversations and your investigative approach will ensure that you add value. Ideally your experience and success will be within a similarly large and complex organisations like telecommunications or utilities providers. In addition you should have:
- Proven experience gained in a senior insights position.
- A degree qualification in a related discipline e.g. statistics, mathematics. A post graduate in a related discipline will be highly regarded.
- Extensive experience using modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau) and experience using data tools like SQL.
- Experience working in a data rich environment and presenting insights to a non-technical audience.
- A collaborative, proactive and engaging work style to enable you to work alongside a wide range of stakeholders across the business including reporting and database team members in other departments. We want everyone involved and contributing
