What will you do?
Providing critical support to the ICT service operations team for technical change requirements.
A day in the life:
- Responsible for change request process and documentation
- Attend CAB meetings and action tasks from meetings
- First point of contact for change request enquires
Your background:
- Previously worked in an enterprise environment on change requirements
- Worked with ITIL Change management process
- Previous coordination experience and highly organised
