We are currently seeking a motivated, high-energy candidate who is a natural when it comes to relationship building and supporting customers.
As a Key Account Support (KAS) you will have the drive and desire to achieve in a role with a strong sales and customer focus. As part of our Inside Sales team, you will be helping to manage and support a key commercial account of Ingram Micro, Spark.
Reporting into the Customer Service Manager, you will have a genuine interest in technology products and thrive on working within a fast paced environment. Basing you time between Spark’s city office and Ingram's, North Shore located office, you will be proactive and positive in your approach, with a solution focused attitude to everything you do.
About You:
- Have an exceptional customer service approach
- Have a high level of professionalism and strong attention to detail to meet customer needs
- Be an excellent communicator, able to build credible working relationships to ensure success
- Loads of initiative, be well organised and able to multitask
- Experience in the IT Industry desired, but not essential
