You will work closely with stakeholders across this large and interesting organisation, mobilising partners both internal and external. 

There is a large programme of transformational change touching the whole enterprise, so you should be able to demonstrate previous successes aligning business and ICT solutions with the strategic needs of the business. 

In such a complex environment, success will require using all your well developed persuasion and negotiation skills. 

The work is challenging and rewarding.  Your deliverables will include: 

• Documentation of operational procedures 
• Design and documentation of business processes 
• Development and documentation of user stories, use cases and/or scenarios 
• Current and future state documentation and identification and documentation of gap analysis 
• Development and documentation of key user stories, use cases and/or scenarios 
• Identification and documentation of project scope 
• Development and documentation of the project business case(s) 
• Identification of business options

A high level security clearance is required. To achieve this security clearance you should be a NZ citizen who has resided in NZ continuously for at least 10 years. 

As this role starts in July 2018, the successful candidate will need a pre-existing Secret Vetting (SV) clearance, although enquiries are welcomed from anyone who might qualify.
