We have multiple opportunities for experienced Agile Coaches to drive one of New Zealand most icons brands in a time of transformation and change. This is new team and you will be integral in developing an agile mindset, introducing new ways of working and growing a culture of continuous improvement.  You will work at a strategic level to integrate an Agile development process within the organisation and plan and organise an enterprise-level agile transformation.
  
You will be a highly skilled problem solver who has led an agile transformation previously and have proven experience in training, coaching and mentoring teams, leaders and stakeholders.  In return you will be given the opportunity to make a real contribution to the continued innovation and success of the company.
