About the organisation

They require a Developer focusing on Java and web application development to join their small; skilled team. Working in an Agile environment, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to back and front end technologies in this role. You will liaise regularly across the business; be highly self-managing; yet be very well supported by the team.
Attitude is key in this position - a self-motivated attitude, excellent communication skills and a desire to continuously learn is essential. You will either be an experienced Java web developer who is looking for a role with international scope, training and flexibility, or a skilled Java developer who wants to specialise further in specialised development.
Your ideal skill set:
- 5 years’ of Java web application development – HTML, HTTPS, CSS, Javascript
- Good working knowledge of J2EE Architecture
- Experience with Hibernate, Spring MVC frameworks
- Strong knowledge of relational database technologies such as Oracle & PostgreSQL
- Excellent communication abilities and technical leadership skills
