We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our friendly, supportive team, based in East Tamaki. You will maintain and build great customer service relationships and help our team with internal and external customer inquiries and service requests.

What will you be doing?

Customer Solutions provides a high level of customer service to all internal, external and after hour customers, resolves each enquiry within the agreed time frames and ensures the customer is communicated with at all steps of the process.

You will maintain and build great customer service relationships and help our team with internal and external customer inquiries and service requests.

 

Our ideal applicants will:

  • Put ‘customers first’ and possess proven customer service skills experience in a fast paced team environment
  • Have excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Be fast learners and natural problem solvers
  • Have a positive and professional approach
  • Be able to work independently, and as part of a team, and cope well with high pressure
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, attention to detail, and strong time management skills.

 

We are looking for a confident individual who are able to juggle multiple tasks and deal with our customers in a prompt and professional manner.
