With growth and targeting new markets – it becomes ever so important for us to add a few more Solution Architects to the Fraedom Family. The roles require a high degree of expertise in a wide range of software/technical disciplines, sound knowledge of software development methodology (particularly agile) as well as strong customer service and communication skills.
This is a hands-on role requiring diverse and very strong technical skills coupled with the ability to determine the most suitable technical outcomes when many options are available. A Solutions Architect must have a strong comprehension of architectural patterns and industry best practices.
The skill set we are looking for: -
- Software design and architecture
- .NET 4.5 development in C#
- Microsoft SQL Server 2005/8/12
- ASP.NET MVC 4, HTML, CSS, web standards
- ASP.NET WEB API
- JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, AngularJS
- NHibernate, Entity Framework or other ORM
- Design Patterns
- XML, XSLT, XSD
- Source control, Subversion (SVN), GitHub
- CouchDB or other document storage technology
- RabbitMQ or other Queuing technology
- Agile Scrum
- Financial industry experience
- Enterprise scale Web Applications (N-Tier Application Design)
- SaaS (Software as a Service)
- Microservices or SOA (Service Orientated Architecture)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to communicate highly technical concepts adapted to the correct technical altitude of the audience
You will be someone who knows how to leverage knowledge of others – knows when to ask questions and when to research best practices. Team focussed and understands the importance of team dynamics. Mature outlook with mentoring and leadership abilities.
