The Digital Services team is responsible for the strategic direction and operational support of this organisations core technology infrastructure, business analysis and applications.  Its vision is to be the trusted integrator of digital services across information, change and security.
  
We are looking for a highly experienced Desktop Engineer with exceptional customer service management skills to join the Service Hub Team.
  
This is your chance to get your teeth into some meaty projects, to help drive change and to be part of an exciting transformational journey.
  
Key skills and experience required are:
  

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in configuring, administering and troubleshooting Windows Desktop, MS Office, AD, Networking, Virtulisation, Group Policy, and VMware
• Demonstrable understanding of ITIL processes
• Vendor Management
• Process Improvement
• Scripting and Automation
• Fault Diagnostics
• Network and Security
• Disaster Recovery
• Service Delivery

  
You will be known for your exceptional customer service, resilience and curious nature.  You will be able to handle challenging, change environments have exceptional trouble shooting, analysis and documentation skills.  You will own problems, build sustainable solutions and always be walking in the shoes of your customers.
