In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the services are carried out with diligence, efficiency and are met to a high standard by your vendors/internal business.
You will be working for the end client, building relationships within the business and in the vendor space, making sure all parties are satisfied
You will manage vendors, stakeholders, escalations, and think of ways to continuously improve your solution development processes plus more.
Ideally you have been responsible for the delivery of IT Solution Delivery/Applications, managed 3rd parties ensuring everything is running smoothly and have come from service delivery or client delivery background. Good written and verbal communications is a must along with commercial nous.
