OT & Communications Architect

Our Dunedin based client is seeking an Operational Technology (OT) and Communications Architect; both for a major in-progress project and for ongoing requirements as they improve their business and service to customers while reducing the risk to our assets.

 

Role Purpose:

Ensure Operational Technology (OT) systems and their communications are defined, designed, applied and supported such that the electricity network can be effectively and safely monitored, operated, managed and controlled.

 

You:

Five or more years’ experience in technology systems and communication including the design, implementation and operation, preferably across both IT and OT.  You’ll also have extensive experience in communications technology across a range of disciplines, including those supporting operational technology; and hold professional qualifications or certifications suitable to this role.

 

You’ll also be a great communicator and collaborator with the ability to align business and technology needs and requirements and a broad understanding of how technology supports business including how it impacts customers.
