Well… we were under control for a good 2 hours’… Now we need to add a further contractor to the fleet current floating around the country solving issues, delivering solutions, and enjoying opportunities that contracting opens up.
As they say…good things come in small packages. You will not be disappointed when it comes to opportunities that can spring from this role and company. The current collection of contractors is out past Jan 2019…yes, 2019! So grab some while you still can as projects, BAU and delivery is all getting a little crazy (crazy in a good way; a little crazy is a good thing). J
Skills required…
- Strong technical knowledge across current and legacy platforms; recent experience with update/ roll out projects will be a bonus.
- Good understanding of laptop architect and confident with user environment configuration will be critical.
- SSD, IP, DNS, driver updates, drive mapping… well you know the drill here.
- Comfortable with current MS platforms, such as Windows 8/ 10, Exchange, SCCM, roaming profiles, etc.
- Past experience and appreciation of project timelines and SLA; creating and documenting process and ensuring disaster recovery/ management is followed.
- Hardware experience with HP, Dell, IBM etc.
