Our client understands that people are at the core of the business and they offer an inclusive operating environment because of that. This organisation has identified significant areas of improvement to increase capability to meet the current and future needs of the organisation and as a result are seeking an Application Support Analyst to join their team.
Reporting into the Team Leader, you will be responsible to manage a body of work across the next five to ten years which will involve a complete ground-up reimaging of what previous processes and systems have looked like.
Day to day your responsiblities will include supporting core applications and their interaction with other systems in a busy and challenging environment, Where flexibility and adaptability to meet changing demands quickly are key, so ideally this role would suit someone who is energetic, motivated and a great team player!
You will need to have the following skills and experience:
- 3+ years of relevant systems experience - Infor Pathway
- Experience in application support
- Experience with incident analysis, troubleshooting and resolution
- Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation
- Excellent communication skills
- First class customer service, a real ‘can do’ attitude!
- Experience providing IT service delivery within an ITIL compliant environment
- SQL queries and reporting
- Experience with varied and complex data sets, desktop and server operating systems, including Windows.
- An outgoing, positive and can do attitude.
- Able to have conversations with the technical and senior management team.
- A Passion for technology with an inquisitive nature.
- An ability to manage your time effectively.
- Someone who values relationships with a sense of humour.
- Relevant industry certifications or qualifications.
