Key responsibilities will include:
• The implementation of products and solutions on-site and remotely into customers sites throughout New Zealand.
• Delivering a mixture of onsite and remote training to customers nationally as part of the implementation process
• Implementing primarily IP telephony solutions and also Networks, IT products, Software and in some cases data cabling solutions
• Attention to detail in all aspects of the implementation process
• Presenting alternative and improved ways of implementing solutions
• Accurately documenting implementations and be able to operate as part of a virtual and physical team
Applicants need:
• Excellent communication skills. You will need to be fluent in spoken and written English, and be able to talk to groups of customers end users
• To be well presented as you are an ambassador for our company.
• The confidence to train at all levels within an organisation including management.
• The belief that you can implement solutions provided by Hitech Solutions
• The ability to think quickly on your feet and be able to apply your knowledge to new scenarios
• To be a quick learner, a training or IP telephony background is not a necessity, but the ability to quickly learn our products is, in order to deliver a first class experience
• An interest in the world of communications. This will help you excel in the role
