This is not your every day customer service role. The position will be responsible for providing functional support to clients and configuring IT products with client data to meet their needs. You will be helping with basic imaging of devices- P.C, tablets & laptops as well as tagging and swiping of assets. Working 4-5 days per week, 30-40 hours.
About the Role:
- Setting up technical devices for customers- smart phones, laptops and desktops
- Install and update software and hardware when required
- Network troubleshooting
- Basic warehousing tasks
- Asset tagging
- Based in Hamilton
- Working independently, managing your own workload
- On call work when required
- 30-40 hours per week
About You:
- Have a passion for all things IT
- Available at short notice
- High attention to detail
- Reliable and committed
- Proven ability to effectively problem solve
- NZ Residency/Citizenship or NZ Work Visa
- Able to start ASAP
