We are looking for a tech-savvy Development Lead to work with a company that is living and breathing success to mind-blowing levels.

About the client:
Our client is a high-tech company and is considered one of NZ largest solutions providers. 
 
The Role:
As a Development Lead, you will be the responsible for the high engagement, coaching and mentoring of the development team members in an agile environment, whilst ensuring the success of the product development through technical expertise and leadership, maintenance and operational support of the systems.

You will also be contributing to creating a great team culture and a collaborative approach with team members.
 
Skills we are looking for:

• Microsoft development background with 5+ years’ experience working in a team environment, with 2+ years in an agile, large-scale, commercial environment preferably designing and building service-oriented applications.
• Solid experience in an Agile/Scrum environment and a confident understanding of SDLC principles using methodologies such as Kanban, Lean and CD.
• Solid comprehension of design patterns, unit testing and test frameworks.
• Complex problem-solving capability. Be constantly willing to learn from experiences and be ready to offer innovative solutions in sequence.
• Excellent English communication skills and solid business acumen. Proven ability as a strong influencer, negotiator, and communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
