About the business and the role
Datagate is a fast-growing SaaS/Cloud billing solution for resellers of usage-based services, such as Telco (VoIP, data, mobile voice & data), Utility (electricity, gas, water) and "as-a-service" offerings.
We have strong partnerships with NZ Telcos and a great set of customer success case studies from SME clients through to corporate and government providers.
Having proven our product in New Zealand, we are now branching into overseas markets and therefore need to build up our team to cover a wider geographic focus.
Job tasks and responsibilities
This role will cover the technical aspects of our customers' journey with Datagate, including pre-sales consultation, product demonstrations, implementation and support.
Skills and experience
The candidate should be self-motivated, have training and/or experience in financial systems and some experience in manipulating data with SQL and/or Excel. A degree in information systems or accounting would be ideal. The role involves working in a small team, communicating directly with customers, so the candidate will need to have very good language and interpersonal skills.
