As a Helpdesk / Customer Care agent, you will be responsible for managing customer outcomes from start to finish.
You will take ownership of enquiries and ensure customers get exceptional service with the best possible outcome.
Key responsibilities:
· Manage incoming calls and emails efficiently
· Log and effectively distribute jobs to technicians
· Follow up jobs liaising with customers, technicians and account managers to ensure jobs are dealt with in a timely manner, exceeding customers' expectations
· provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution
· Keep records of customer requests, process customer accounts and update company database
· Be comfortable around technology providing 1st level support
Skills and experience required
· Proven customer service experience within an IT Helpdesk/Customer Service environment
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
Day shifts 8am until 5pm, evening shifts also available until 10pm.
