Our Client is a market leading financial services company based in Auckland CBD with offices throughout NZ. They have a strong belief that their innovative and well developed IT systems give them a competitive edge in the market and are looking to employ another Senior Business Analyst.
The Senior BA role is wide and varied including workflow/ process mapping, systems development/ enhancement design, problem solving, co-ordinating UAT, developing training material etc.. A large programme of projects is underway including online, mobility, systems upgrades, new product development - so the work is on-going and strategic. You will work closely with senior management and IT to develop and deliver against strategic and organisational goals.
You will have 5+ years experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably within the Finance or Business sectors (Banking/ Insurance/ Accounting..). Importantly, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage at all levels within the organisation and externally. You will have solid SDLC experience and an appreciation of both IT and Business strategy.
