We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong Digital background who can hit the ground running. The role will work with teams to deliver flawless digital experience to customers and analyse customer behaviour in the different platforms that this organisation uses. 

Skills/Experience

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst with most recent years being in the digital space.
• Strong Agile experience
• Experienced in wireframing and understanding UX and UI principles and concepts
• Has delivered on projects including multi-channel, E-commerce and online payments.
• Successfully supported an end to end projects, in a fast paced digital environment.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas simply
• Previous experience in the financial industry will be a bonus.
• Have the ability to provide valuable input to business and system design decisions.
• Strong analytical and product management skills required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently and in small teams.
