THE OPPORTUNITY
You will provide functional support for Auckland Councils SAP HR & Payroll systems including the newly implemented SuccessFactors. You will work with the SAP team, ICT Department and Vendors to drive any new projects from concept to go live. You will provide concise training materials and documentation when required as well produce communications for impacted parties about any changes to the SAP HR & payroll systems
ABOUT YOU
You will have 5+ years of SAP Functional hands on experience providing SAP HR & Payroll project consulting and service management. You are an expert with SAP HR-Payroll and ideally have worked on SuccessFactors in a support or project capacity. Would be helpful if you have SAP ABAP experience around debugging as well as an ITIL certification. Finally, you will have solid experience with resolving complex business and technical issues and a strong customer service focus.
