We are seeking an experienced Software Technical Lead. You will be responsible for providing technical guidance and mentoring to the development team to ensure development processes and standards are being followed.
  
To be successful in this role you must:

• 10 years developing with C or C++, preferably targeted at embedded platforms.
• Experience with people management and the ability to lead and influence others.
• UI design, user testing, and UI implementation experience
• Innovative, strategic and creative thinker.
• Strong personal organization and time management skills.
• Disciplined and pragmatic approach to Software Development.
• Proven experience delivering and planning complex Software development projects.
